The flow

Nothing is silently running in the background. Each pass begins with the evidence your team chooses to bring in.

Bring exports from the systems you already run. Multi-file CSV ingest gives each row a source identity.

Map
Confirm which source columns map to the canonical AssetSentinel fields. The mapping is remembered for that source.
- STEP 03
Reconcile
Run the pass. Conflicts, coverage, and field confidence combine into a score and a prioritized next action.
The decision layer
Low confidence points to work. High confidence clears it.
The bands are a way to allocate scarce operator time. They are not a compliance verdict and they do not replace human judgment.
Investigate
Add a source, resolve a conflict, or gather attestation evidence.
Glance
Probably fine; worth a look when you have time.
Leave alone
Enough agreeing evidence to trust until the next pass.
score bands
A low score is useful because it narrows the question: which evidence would make this asset more trustworthy?
